I began practicing Kundalini when I was pregnant with my first child. At the time, I was also quite anxious about transitioning out of my career as an attorney and becoming a stay-at-home mom. I was terrified I was going to lose my “value” in the world.
I remember doing a meditation and a voice clearly said that if I did a daily meditation I would never worry about my value again. So I dove headfirst into this practice and haven’t looked back, and I’ve never felt more loved or valuable.
I’ve also found myself intuitively handling situations that used to baffle and confuse me, and wondering after the fact where did that right thought and right action come from? My energy is steadier, I never get nervous, and…I am happier. What is it about Kundalini that does this?
