Sat Nam Goddesses,
This Saturday’s Full Moon is in the sign of Scorpio. I hope you will join me at 10:00 am at Buddhi Yoga in La Jolla or via livestream at yourBuddhi.com for a special class to connect with this portal in the lunar cycle.
Scorpio is a fertile time to puncture illusions, grow up, and lose some naivete—becoming more conscious, aware of our fears, aware of what we suppress, making us more integrated and authentic.
Kundalini techniques are excellent for shadow work.* They hold us in an uncomfortable space physically so that mentally what rises are the untruths we clutch to like crutches to survive our days. Kundalini prevents us from perpetuating that kind of sleepwalking through life, letting the Soul Identity blossom once the shadow becomes integrated fearlessly into the fabric of our being.
“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
This particular full moon will, if you let it, bring up shadow work around the victim mentality. The victim stuff can be pretty sneaky. There are the obvious ways this mentality limits us from living in a carefree way. But there are other ways, too. There is an archetype in the yoga and wellness community. Maybe you know her, (or have been her!), she will say (with the help of big hand gestures around her heart and navel chakras…)“Oh I’ve been doing so much work on myself…”
Guess what? That mindset is perpetuating a path of victimhood with no healing in sight. Don’t be part of this wandering crew of victims in disguise endlessly “working on yourself”…be victorious, be YOU.
My prayer for you this Full Moon is to leverage this moment to assist your awakening process, using the primal prayer of the Universe, of the Cosmic Mother and Cosmic Father, the momentum of lifetimes of desires—for your Soul to finally blossom in the earthly realm in all that you do and create, free from doubt and shadow.
Scorpio energy has a natural grid of will power to assist you as you dive deep into meditation to loosen the vines of victimhood!
See you Saturday.
