Sat Nam Goddesses,
They say the moon is exalted when in the sign of Taurus. The moon is in her true nature in Cancer, but she is exalted Taurus. Who doesn’t want to feel exalted?
Having this lunar cycle begin in Taurus sets us up for these kinds of experiences: letting Mama Earth’s love pulse up through our soles as we walk around barefoot, enjoying connection that is affectionate, real and unwavering and warm with those we love, the natural ability to protect ourselves and our interests, and an ease in feeling the weight of our True Self here on Earth (as opposed to just letting our True Self wait for a high enough vibration of consciousness to bloom…).
Bringing the fruit of mystical practices to the 3D, and experiencing a total sense of ease in the Realm of Dharma—that is my wish for you this lunar cycle.
This human “bag” receives millions of sensory inputs every second, and we “process” or experience a very tiny fraction of those signals, taking them first through the unconscious, instinctual, and subconscious mind to the conscious mind. The journey of sensory input from the brain stem and cerebellum to (hopefully) the prefrontal cortex, is the journey of living life impulsively and reactively to intuitively and with ease, a state which YB called the “Sensory Human.”
The Sensory Human experience is one where we can digest each sensory input as a pattern, or an imprint, of the whole, and open our consciousness to the interconnectedness of life force in everything. If the consciousness space is tuned right, we thoroughly enjoy being alive.
The Taurus Earth energy, in particular, the electromagnetic energy of the Earth, and how we process that on a sensory level, will be a key to feeling so much ease and enjoying savory moments (if we want) this lunar cycle. Connecting with the Earth’s grid will open us up to the connectedness of the Universe, not to “know” anything, but to become ridiculously stoked on our lives—exactly as they are happening.
How can we do this? Kundalini, breathing, meditation, and plants! This Saturday, 10:00 am, join me at Buddhi Yoga (or from home via livestream at
YourBuddhi.com) for a kundalini experience to open the senses so that they can serve an incarnation that delights in being human—on earth—and in this time and space.
