Please read: This New Moon Sagittarius practice is not suitable for those Goddesses that are pregnant—although you can feel free to listen to the mantra and visualize the breathing practices and connect with our community energy. Always check with your physician before practicing with me. I am not a doctor. All of the assertions based on wellness or health are rooted in my understanding of yogic technology and my own experiences. Please listen to your body, and do not do anything that creates pain or shortness of breath or lightheadedness, and use your common sense and stop practicing immediately if you don’t feel well.
